Would you like to dine out during the Christmas holidays? Come enjoy our dinner buffet with your family, friends, or other company at Van der Valk Hotel Drachten. You are also welcome if you are not staying overnight with us! Dining out at Van der Valk for Christmas means you don't have to stand in the kitchen yourself but can enjoy our extensive dinner buffet. Additionally, you don't have to do the dishes yourself. You can fully enjoy being together with your company!

Extensive dinner buffet during Christmas

On Christmas Day and Boxing Day, we warmly welcome you to the Christmas buffet at Van der Valk Hotel Drachten. We are happy to receive you at 5:30 PM with a festive cocktail (also non-alcoholic). The dinner buffet will be ready for you afterward with a variety of cold and hot dishes. Think, for example, of fresh salads, tapas, and various meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes. Of course, we end with a delicious dessert. The buffet includes a drink arrangement with unlimited soft drinks, draft beer, and house wine. To conclude, we serve a cup of coffee or tea of your choice. The end time of the buffet is around 8:00 PM.

Christmas dinner buffet for children

Of course, our little guests are also considered! The buffet has enough dishes that children will enjoy. In addition, there are pancakes, applesauce, various snacks, and fries on the buffet. For a moment away from the table, your children can play in the children's corner.

Christmas dinner buffet rates

Adults: € 66.50 per person
Children aged 4 to 11: € 31.00 per child
Children aged 0 to 3: Free*

*Please also include non-paying children in the total number of reserved guests because of the table arrangement and whether you need a high chair.

Advance payment

Note: for our Christmas dinner buffet, full prepayment is required when making the reservation. You can still change the numbers or cancel the reservation free of charge until December 10, 2026. After December 10, 2026, no refunds will be processed.
