Cancellation policy for Meetings & Events
A cancellation must be submitted to us in writing and dated. No rights can be derived from an oral cancellation. The day of receipt of the letter, fax, or email is considered the definitive cancellation date. The total reservation value, based on the most recent confirmation of the group, event, or conference, serves as the basis for the amount owed by the client under the agreement.

Conditions for group reservations
We also welcome groups. In order to make your stay as smooth and pleasant as possible, we apply special conditions for reservations of multiple hotel rooms. This includes agreements regarding cancellations, payment terms, and possible guarantees.
